The Sledge M3-15 is a 3.0 cubic foot sealed subwoofer flat pack made from premium 3/4" MDF which is much nicer than the MDF sold in home improvement stores. It's a heavier weight product that cuts very clean, making it ideal for speaker and subwoofer cabinets. The well thought out interlocking matrix style bracing system allows you to assemble the entire cabinet quickly and easily with no need for screws or nails.

Description

The Sledge M3-15 is a well designed 3.0 cubic foot sealed subwoofer flat pack. Made from premium Carb 2 compliant 3/4" MDF, it's a high-quality alternative to the MDF typically found at most home improvement stores. This highly refined material cuts cleanly, making it an ideal choice for speaker and subwoofer projects. The thoughtfully designed interlocking matrix style bracing system allows for quick glue up and easy assembly - no screws or nails required. After subtracting the woofer and braces, you're left with a net internal volume of around 3.0 cubic feet. This space accommodates a wide range of 15" subwoofer drivers. Some subwoofers from have a thick hard rubber gasket around the outer frame. For a seamless fit, you may need to remove that gasket, but many people prefer to replace them with a softer gasket material anyway to get a more airtight seal. To complete your project, consider adding terminals, binding posts, and/or speaker spikes - available for free shipping when ordered alongside the M3-15 flat pack.
