Cinergy Audio Ordering, Shipping, and Returns Policy
Ordering and Shipping:
The site is currently hosted on Shopify. Shopify is well known for hosting store fronts all across the world and is very secure. Cinergy Audio accepts all forms of credit cards and Paypal. If you want to pay by check, please contact us for an invoice and shipping address.
After you place an order you will get a notification from the website that your order went through okay. After getting confirmation we will package your items as soon as possible. Smaller products such as crossover parts, speaker components and most flat pack cabinets are packaged and shipped in about 2-3 days. We take pride in our packaging, but that does a bit more time than other companies. Rest assured that we treat your product with care and want it to arrive in the best condition as if it was something we ordered ourselves. We do not do rush orders and we will not rush packaging your products.
Larger speaker kits and large flat pack cabinets will often have different options or different packaging methods depending on the quantity you order. This is done to keep your costs as low as possible. Because of this we only package those products AFTER you order. This adds extra time to packaging and processing, but we feel it's worth it to give you the best products that are packaged properly. After packaging, we print up shipping labels and send you a tracking number so you know your package has shipped.
If you pay with Paypal and your account is unconfirmed, it can slow the process. If you choose to pay by check, you will be sent an invoice with the correct address to mail the check to. This payment method can save you 2.5% off your total amount, contact us for more information. We will package your items, but won't tape up the box or print the shipping label until we receive your payment. Please try to send your check within 2 weeks or contact Cinergy Audio to let us know to hold the items longer. If we do not receive your check within 2 weeks, we'll assume you have changed your mind and the items will be put back up for sale.
"Free shipping" is only good within the Contiguous United States with a maximum $150 per order. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii needs to be done through a shipping forwarder inside the US. You will get free shipping to your shipping forwarder.
International Orders:
We don't mind shipping to other countries, but you should consider using a shipping forwarder because they will have better international rates. The following list shows the only shipping forwarders we are currently working with. Our customers have used these many times and we feel like they are very good options. If you want to use a different forwarder, please contact us first.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses, Cancelled Orders, Refused Shipments:
Please double check the shipping address you enter. If your package can not be delivered because you entered in the wrong information, we can not refund the shipping charges and you will be liable for the fees charged to return the items back to me. If your order has already been shipped you can still cancel it or refuse the shipment. Your payment will be refunded, but please understand that the original shipping amount AND the return shipping costs can not be refunded. This is a very common practice for nearly all businesses. Paypal and other credit card companies no longer refund their processing fees on cancelled orders. Please be sure to order correctly because if you cancel an order you will be refunded your payment minus their processing fees. This is the current policy for many on line retailers and why they now charge a restocking fee. Our 'restocking fee' is only equal to your processing charge, and no more. This is usually between 2.5-3%.
Returns and Exchanges:
In the event you need to return any stock item (non-custom merchandise) in its original condition, that has not been altered, glued, mounted, or cut that you purchased at Cinergy Audio, you may do so with your original sales receipt either by mail or in person. A refund will be issued to you for the value of the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To return a non-custom item please contact us first to explain the problem. Then carefully repack the merchandise you're returning in the original or similar carton and tape on the address label. Return prepaid and insured by UPS, FedEx, or Parcel Post who will provide a tracking number. Do not send COD; all COD packages are refused. Merchandise purchased from Cinergy Audio must be returned in its original condition and received within 30 days of original purchase. Clearance items, Limited Supply, and custom-made products are not returnable if they are cut to your correct specifications.
Shipping Damage:
Due to how careful we are with packaging, shipping damage has been an incredibly rare issue for us. However, if merchandise was damaged in transit or a workmanship defect is discovered upon inspection, save original packaging and immediately notify me via email.
