If you're not sure what you need, just send an email because we love to help people create amazing set-ups. This Home Theater section is a bit different than the rest of the site. Most products on the site will ship the same day or next day, but only one or two people work on the home theater kits due to testing compression drivers, product size, and packaging complexity of each order. So it takes more time.

We've been getting orders that are quickly followed up by customers asking to change or modify their selections. For example, an order comes in for three HT-88's and the customer emails that day asking for the 88-Special instead. Most online retailers would cancel the order and ask you place a new one. The issue is when cancelling an order, there is a loss of the processing fees around 4-5%. We don't want anyone to lose money so we've been trying to accommodate the requests without cancelling. But it's causing issues with our inventory count and shipping calculators.
