The Cinergy professional grade 6 prong T-nuts are used for to create a strong threaded hole in softer material like MDF, plywood, or OSB.  These are the same high quality T-nuts you'll find in professional cabinet making shops. They have thinner, sharper, and slightly shorter barbs than other 6 prong models to help reduce the chance of splitting or splintering the wood they're being inserted into. The sharper and thinner barbs also make installation easier than lower quality models. T-nuts are installed so you can use bolts to attach your woofers or subwoofers securely.  These work great for larger woofers or subwoofers. The barrel shaft is 9/16" long making them perfect for 3/4" or thicker material. We normally recommend using a 5/16" drill bit for installation. Price listed is for 25 pieces.
