Our quality subwoofer gasket tape is made in the USA.  Its larger 3/4" width is perfect to use around subwoofer frames, larger woofers, or anywhere you need to create an air tight seal in your speaker cabinet. This seal helps to improve the speaker's performance by preventing air from leaking around the drivers mounting frame which can reduce unwanted resonances and vibrations. These resonances can color the sound and distort the audio reproduction. Speaker gasket tape also helps to decouple the woofer or tweeter from the cabinet, reducing the transfer of vibrations into the cabinet walls. This also helps minimize resonances within the cabinet that might negatively affect sound quality. Can be used to seal port tubes and waveguides too.
