Die cast aluminum frames: Cast frames are far more rigid and less susceptible to damage, vibration, and other typical issues that stamped frames can have. They allow for tighter manufacturing tolerances and customized geometry for the ability to use heavier magnets and increase cone movement without warping. This will also help lower distortion and mitigate back wave reflections.

Rigid aluminum cone: The aluminum cone maintains controlled, piston-like motion through the woofer’s usable range, helping reduce cone flex as frequency rises. This results in cleaner midbass detail and improved clarity approaching the crossover region — ideal for compact 2-way designs.

Reinforced inverted aluminum dustcap: A matched inverted aluminum dustcap strengthens the cone near the voice coil, improving structural integrity where stress is highest. This reinforcement helps the cone behave as a more unified assembly at higher output levels while maintaining a distinctive, one-piece appearance.
