The HiVi B4N is a well known driver in the DIY speaker community, mostly famous as the midbass unit in Paul Carmody’s Overnight Sensations bookshelf speaker. It features that distinctive bronze-anodized aluminum cone giving it a striking look with and a punchy, controlled low-end performance. Speaker builders often choose this 4-inch driver because its smooth, well-behaved frequency response makes crossover design straightforward, allowing it to easily blend with a variety of tweeters without complex crossover networks.

To save you a trip to the hardware store, we include a custom-matched Installation Kit at no extra charge so you can start building immediately. Each B4N woofer you buy comes with a pre-cut gasket, two gold plated quick connect terminals (part 69-514), and four bronze colored screws (part 69-222) for free.
