Zap PolyVibe™ synthetic cotton speaker damping blankets are made in the USA from our stitch-bonded A9 grade fibers that are free of chemicals or resins. A true 2" thick damping material that works better inside your speaker cabinets than denim materials and without the dust or worry of matting down years later. You will not find a better or safer material anywhere on the market. It's an eco-friendly, lightweight, thermal acoustic damping material for all types of speakers and subwoofers. Naturally flame resistant with a 2" thickness and made to exact specifications under strict quality control to ensure you receive a consistent high grade product.

This material is pliable enough to easily be installed in your cabinet at any time and will fit through woofer holes without a problem. It can be pulled apart so you can put lesser amounts in smaller cabinets and it can also be separated into two 1" thick blankets if needed for smaller speakers. This style and density is perfect for lining internal walls, or using this material by itself as a complete fill inside your speaker or subwoofer.
