Frequently Bought Together

The HT-6 Home Theater Speaker Kit.

The HT-6 was primarily designed to be used as a high output surround sound speaker or Atmos speaker with bass output down to 80hz. A cabinet depth of only 7" allows them to fit just about anywhere and still give you crystal clear output. Like the rest of the HT series, they share the same compression driver and they're all timbre matched to give you a seamless sound system. The HT-6's are capable of being used as matching Left/Center/Right speakers in smaller theater rooms or as a complete system including your surround sound and Atmos speakers. The HT-6 speaker kits are very efficient and give effortless high level playback even from AVR's with even modest power output. Quality name brand professional components give this speaker incredibly low distortion.

The Celestion 6" woofer has a very smooth frequency response and decent power handling. The custom Celestion compression driver stays surprisingly smooth and detailed even at high output levels for a very well balanced sound. A SEOS-8 waveguide gives you excellent directivity control for a very wide "sweet spot" so everyone hears the same thing without any significant changes in sound no matter where they sit in the room. All of that gets installed 'knock down' style flat pack cabinet that you can glue together very easily. The HT-6 speaker kits will handle 200 watts and play at 112db. Designed for home theater use and must be paired with a subwoofer system for best sound quality.  We would normally recommend pairing these high output HT-6's with at least one very powerful 15" subwoofer or more.

From the Designer: I like the clean look of the 6" Celestion woofer and it sounds really good too. It doesn't dig very deep in an enclosure this size, but will do good with an 80hz crossover or higher to subwoofers. Sounds wise, this is a very close match to the other HT models and could be used with the other higher output home theater speakers as well. I think these would be best suited for surround sound if the HT-8 is a bit too big for your space.

Quality Control: Every compression driver gets a professional 5 point quality inspection test before we package your kits. We also frequency match them so that your set of speakers all sound the same. We don't know of any other retailer that completes this level of quality control. We do this because you probably don't have the testing gear or parameters for all of these tests. Because of this type of quality control it can take longer than a week to package and ship your speaker kits.
